“Sty n Say” is the next generation of online travel classified. We serve as a platform to allow our hosts who comply with these terms to offer, rent, and serve the guests by their listed services in the website. “Sty n Say” is not involved in the transactions of amount, facilities, and services between Guests and Hosts. However; “Sty n Say” helps the Guests in terms of finding a legal and authentic host or service provider. As a result and stated above Guest and host both are acknowledge and agree that organization is not a party to such transactions, has no control over any element of this types of transactions, and also shall have no any liability to any party in respect of such transactions. You use the service and platform at your own risk.
Ø As a user of services of “Sty n Say” you understand and agree that:
1)The “Sty n Say” will not have any accountability to you or your transactions (authorized or unauthorized) made using your bank detail, credit card or debit card details to host or any third party.
2) At the time of booking of a reservation facilitated by the service provider (Hosts), your payment information will not be collected and transmitted to others for any type’s transactions.
Please note that the service provider (Hosts) is not a business partner or channel partner of “Sty n Say”; hence, the service provider and Guest/Customer is only responsible for processing your payment and fulfilling your reservation.
Ø The “Sty n Say” is not a travel agency and do not provide own transportation services, accommodations, restaurants, tours, activities or experiences. Although “Sty n Say” displays information about properties owned or provided by third-party suppliers and enable reservations with assured suppliers on or through the “Sty n Say” website, such actions do not in any way entail, suggest or constitute the “Sty n Say” sponsorship or approval of third-party suppliers, or any affiliation between the “Sty n Say” and third-party suppliers. Although Account Holders have right to rate and review particular service provider about transportation services, accommodations, restaurants, tours, activities or experiences based on their own experiences, the “Sty n Say” does not endorse or recommend the products or services of any third-party suppliers.
Ø If you book a reservation with a host, then in addition to this Agreement, you agree to review and be bound by the host’s terms and conditions of consumption and website use, privacy policy and any other rules or policies related to the host’s site, service or property. Your interactions with hosts or service providers are at your own risk. The “Sty n Say” Companies will have no responsibility with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any service provider or for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting from your communications with host.
The Services may link you to Host’s sites or other sites that “Sty n Say” does not operate or control.
